Designing Top Quality Swimming Pools is a passion that started way back when the rise of the internet put design tools in our hands.

Now, with modern technology were able to create stunning, realistic renderings of pools that WOW customers and create excitement in their pool building journey.

Being able to help potential clients visualize the project concept and have something to look forward to has been a fulfilling experience. We've seen the joy on 100s of homeowners faces and we love when we receive submitted pictures of the final pool completed to compare with the 3D concept renderings.

After trying many software options, we've decided to primarily use Pool Studio by Structure Studios. Aside from AutoCAD it has the most realistic renderings.

Our Pool Plan packages are more than just a pretty photo and video walkthrough to show to the client. Each downloadable zip file contains the Renders, Video Files, and 2D architectural pool plans to provide your engineer.

3D Pool Design Process

If you're looking to create a 3D pool design, you'll need to understand the process first. Most of our regular clients consist of Pool Builders, however some may not know how to design a 3D Pool Plan.

To get started you'll need to obtain a survey of the property. The survey will show important details like elevation levels and distances to the property line, structures to avoid etc. You'll need to also contact your local municipality to obtain the correct setbacks for Pool, Decking, and Screen depending on what you plan to create.

Once the basics are out of the way, you can begin to measure and sketch up your pool idea. Whether it's free form or a contemporary design, the measurements are important. Make sure to notate all the required measurements on the drawing, including depths, any decking required, and include details about material choices, colors, and design choices.

Remember to add any light locations, drains, jet returns, water features like bubblers or led bubblers, arc waterfalls and more. Each feature should also contain the measurements desired.

Having as much information as possible avoids the costs of revisions. You'll receive the Pool Design Package after approving the final renders which will include your 2D architectural drawings.
